Job Summary
The Customer Relations & Operations Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer interactions, data entry, and operational coordination to ensure a smooth client experience. This role plays a vital part in maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring timely responses, and supporting cargo logistics processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, messages, social media platforms, and WhatsApp.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, sizing, promotions, and services.
- Follow up on orders before and after sales to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met with high quality.
- Manage after-sales relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support sales activities and contribute to upselling when needed.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall experience.
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and satisfaction levels.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related fields.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in customer service or customer experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle different customer types.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
