Recruitment Coordinator
Salary: 400 JOD
Experience: 0–1 year
We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Amman Al-Qastal.
Responsibilities:
• Support recruitment activities and candidate screening.
• Conduct initial interviews and schedule technical interviews.
• Handle hiring documentation and onboarding procedures.
• Prepare reports and maintain recruitment records.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong communication & coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR procedures and labor laws.
• Computer and MS Office proficiency.
• Very Good English level.
