ما هي المهارات الوظيفية:

 المهارات الوظيفية والمهنية هي مجموعة من المعرفة والقدرات والمهارات التي يمتلكها الفرد والتي تمكنه من أداء وظيفته بكفاءة وفعالية في بيئة العمل. تشمل المهارات الوظيفية و المهنية مجموعة متنوعة من الجوانب التقنية والعامة التي يستخدمها الشخص في القيام بمهامه المهنية بنجاح. تصنف المهارات المهنية إلى عدة فئات، 

ومن أبرزها:

المهارات الفنية: 

تشمل المعرفة والمهارات الخاصة بالمجال المهني الذي يعمل فيه الشخص. قد تكون تقنية مثل البرمجة، أو تصميم الجرافيك، أو الهندسة، أو مهارات طبية، أو أي مجال آخر ذو صلة. المهارات الاتصالية: تشمل القدرة على التواصل الفعال مع الآخرين، سواء كان ذلك شفهيًا أو كتابيًا. 

تشمل هذه المهارات القدرة على الاستماع بتركيز، والتعبير بوضوح، والتفاعل الاجتماعي، والقدرة على التعامل مع الصراعات وحل المشكلات التواصلية. 

المهارات القيادية: تشمل القدرة على تحمل المسؤولية وتوجيه الفريق. تشمل هذه المهارات القدرة على التخطيط والتنظيم، واتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية، وتنمية المهارات لدى الآخرين، وتحفيز الفريق وتوجيهه نحو تحقيق الأهداف. 

المهارات التحليلية: تشمل القدرة على تحليل المعلومات والبيانات واستخلاص الأفكار الرئيسية والاستنتاجات منها. تشمل هذه المهارات القدرة على التفكير النقدي، وحل المشكلات، واتخاذ القرارات المستنيرة بناءً على التحليل والتقييم. 

المهارات الإدارية: تشمل القدرة على إدارة الوقت والموارد والمشاريع بكفاءة وفعالية. تشمل هذه المهارات التخطيط والتنظيم، والتنسيق، والقدرة على تحقيق الأهداف بفعالية وفي الوقت المحدد.
