Job Summary:

We are seeking a Treasury Section Head to oversee cash management, banking relationships, and foreign exchange operations. This role involves managing liquidity, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and optimizing treasury processes to support financial growth. Strong leadership and expertise in treasury functions and foreign exchange markets are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash flow, manage liquidity, and execute foreign currency exchanges.
- Banking Operations: Supervise banking relationships, cash transfers, and reconciliations.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to treasury policies, CBJ regulations, and internal controls.
- Forecasting: Prepare cash flow forecasts and deliver accurate financial reports.
- Foreign Exchange: Manage FX risks and coordinate currency flows with traders.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the treasury team for operational excellence.
- Process Improvement: Automate and optimize treasury systems for efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of treasury experience in financial institutions, especially in FX.
- Familiarity with CBJ regulations and treasury systems.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Certification (e.g., CTP or CFM) is a plus.
