Location: Irbid, Jordan
Responsibilities:
🔹 Assist customers in finding and selecting the right models.
🔹 Explain product features and benefits.
🔹 Provide details about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care, and maintenance.
🔹 Maintain sales records and personal data.
🔹 Prepare daily PSI reports.
🔹 Conduct daily stock checks for handsets and accessories.
🔹 Issue sales invoices daily.
🔹 Place showroom orders with the retail supervisor.
🔹 Identify and monitor security concerns.
🔹 Arrange device displays and visual merchandising.
🔹 Follow all regulations set by the retail supervisor.
🔹 Assist customers with software information, updates, and configurations.
🔹 Perform any other duties as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.
Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
🛍️ 0-1 years' experience in retail shops.
