We are building a team to support a reputable Saudi Business Solutions provider.
We are currently looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to our Saudi
client success. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather, and document requirements,
and develop solutions to drive business improvements.
Responsibilities:
● Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for
improvement.
● Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
● Develop and present detailed business cases, project plans, and proposals.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions.
● Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
● Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and
recommendations.
● Perform data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends.
● Create detailed documentation, including requirements specifications, process maps, and user
guides.
● Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements through testing and validation.
● Provide ongoing support and training to users and stakeholders.
● Experience in conducting and organizing workshops and presentations.
Requirements:
● Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar degree.
● 5+ years of experience in data management, data governance, and data privacy.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic
● Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
● Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
● Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
● Excellent communication and people skills.
● Ability to gather and interpret complex data.
● Experience with project management principles and practices.
● Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Preferable Certificates:
● Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
