Fintech Project Manager

Are you an experienced project management professional with a passion for innovation in digital finance? We are seeking a Fintech Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of high-impact projects across our digital financial services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project management for fintech products and services, from initiation through execution and closure.

- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, Compliance, and Operations.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.

- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure successful delivery.

- Serve as the primary point of communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and outcomes.

- Promote and implement Agile/Scrum best practices to enhance project delivery and team performance.

Key Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, Engineering)

- 5–7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3+ years in fintech or payment environments.
- Proven success in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects within fast-paced settings.
- Strong understanding of digital financial services and payment systems.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, Scrum, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
